NRI-SBR 5050 LATEX is an aqueous dispersion Styrene Butadiene Rubber Latex specifically designed for the modification of cementitious mixtures. It can be used to improve workability, increase water resistance and reduce shrinkage cracking in mortars, grouts and renders. This product is also formulated with special additives which enhance adhesion between the substrate and mortar or render layer as well as providing improved flexibility and crack bridging properties without compromising.
NRI SBR-5050 Latex Is A Versatile Product That Should Be Stored In Its Unopened Original Packing At Constant Cool Temperatures And Protected From Excessive Heat. It Is Important To Stir The Material Thoroughly After Longer Storage Periods, As This Will Help Ensure The Quality Of The Latex Remains Consistent Over Time. Furthermore, It Will Also Help Prevent Any Sedimentation Which May Occur During Long-term Storage.
