TAMRA Azide is A Red Fluorescent Probe Compatible With Mercury Arc, Tungsten And Xenon Arc Lamps, The 544 Nm Line Of He-Ne Lasers, And The 532 Nm Green Laser Line, Excitation Sources. It Is Primarily Used For The Detection Of Terminal Alkyne-labeled Biomolecules Via The Copper-catalyzed Click Reaction (CuAAC). It Also Reacts With Strained Cyclooctynes To Form Stable Triazoles Via A Copper-free “click Chemistry” Reaction And Does Not Require Copper Catalysts Or High Temperatures.
