About Quality Control
On product design, firstly ensure the display effect, simultaneously, in circuit design, improve the protection grade standards comparing with competitors. Not only with lighting protection, surging, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, but also with anti-shocking, water-proof, anti-indistinction and anti-fog in structure.
On raw material procurement, 99% of electronic raw material of K&D is imported. The inductor is made by Panasonic, with thermostability and anti-interference; the capacitor adopts imported TDK Tantalum Capacitor, precise and with better filtering effect; diode triode is from ROHM, housings are made by Korean companies, zoom lenses are made by DAEWON, infrared lamps are from Taiwan Dingyuan, with long lifetime and good stability.
In the process, K&D strives for perfection. All products have the vibration test, aging test and the second test to further guarantee the product quality before they leave the factory.
