The CoSpace concept started as a direct result of startups, freelancers and entrepreneurs not being able to find a facility with all amenities - plus a place where they could creatively focus on all of their strengths and meet other like-minded professionals to network with. When the two launched a formal business venture, they directly experienced some of the problems startups typically face: large rental deposits up front for several months at a time, in order to continue using the office space to run the business.
