To dress up as this twisted villain, you'll need a green question mark suit, a black bowler hat and a pair of black tactical gloves. You'll also need a pair of clear glasses to conceal your identity. To make your own question mark jacket, use fabric paint or a marker to add a hand-size question mark on the front of your suit at chest level, with vertical lines at the north and south compass points, and two shorter perpendicular lines crossing each one. Wear a military-style green parka over a solid-green hoodie and pair it with black cargo pants and work boots. For the mask, wrap a headpiece in cling wrap like they do in medical professions and wear it over the hood.
