Ningbo Qiyu Special Wheel Co., Ltd is the sole manufacturer in China specialized in the production of 3-pcs forged wheel. With the efforts in the different attempts of the production since 2004, the company has conquered five main technological difficulties and gained the patents of those, which makes their wheel far exceed the international standards such as TUV and VIA. In 2006, the company also won TS16949, the highest quality certificate in global car industry.

Alloy 3 piece forged wheel is the fifth-generation product in the top level of current car wheels industry. The weight of 3-pcs wheel is 30% lighter than the currently used wheel. According to the car industry standard, if each wheel is 10% lighter, the total weight for the whole car will be 40% lighter. Therefore, with the 3-pcs forged wheels, the oil consumption of the car is much less than the commonly used ones. The construction and material of 3-pcs forged wheel gives itself higher strength, and the flexibility of the wheel style and color for different cars can greatly satisfy the consumers’ needs of exclusive and individuality.

Our 3-pcs wheels can be available for the universal sizes 18”, 19”, 20” and 22”. If special size is required, we can also customize it upon the agreement.
