1. To carry on the business of rendering consultancy services to government, donors, international institutions, individuals, firms, companies, bodies, trusts, non government organizations, associations in the area of strategic planning, project management, institutional development, capacity building and other ancillary services. 2. To act as civil work/mechanical/electrical contractors to Government of Pakistan, Provincial Governments, Foreign Governments, Foreign Agencies, Public Local Authorities, Municipalities or otherwise, Semi- Government, Autonomous Corporations, Private / Public Companies or any private person. 3. To carry on the business as traders, suppliers of products and commodities and material in any form or shape manufactured, semi-manufactured, raw materials or supplied by any company, firm, association of persons, body, whether incorporated or not, individuals, government, semi-government or any local authority, as permissible under law.
