GYFTY53 fibers, with a diameter of 250 µm, are housed in loose tubes made of high-modulus plastic. These tubes are filled with a water-resistant compound. A Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) element is positioned at the center of the cable core as a non-metallic strength member. The loose tubes, together with the fillers, are stranded around the central strength member to form a compact and circular cable core.
