1. Usage
This Equipment Is Simple Structure, Easy To Clean, Energy-saving With Strong Developing Capacity, Mainly Used For Pharmaceutical Materials And Other Elements Stir Or Uniform With A Variety Of Drugs After Coordinating. It’s Indispensable For Pharmaceutical, Food And Beverage Manufacturers.
2. Structure
The Equipment Consists Of Tank Body, Coiler, Magnetic Stirring Apparatus Charge, Discharge Hole And So On. The Connector Adopts The International Standard ISO Quick Clamp. Material Is Import Acid-resistant Stainless Steel SUS316L, Manufactured According To Technical Requirements Of GMP. The Tank Is Inside And Outside Polished, With Magnetic Stirring Inside, Which Has Mixing Effect. The Advantage Is Mixing Thoroughly, No Leakage, No Outside Contamination; Security Is Strong, Easy On The Drugs, The Stirring Capacity Is Strong, Too. Manhole Is Used For Cleaning And Maintenance. The Thermal Insulation Material Of Containers Is Pearl Cotton, Which Is High Temperature Resistant And Anti-aging. There Are Two Inlets Can Be Connected With The Pipe For Easy Charging Of The Various Ingredients. There Is Discharge Hole Below; The Valve Can Be Installed To Facilitate Discharge. When Discharge Is Complete, Valve Is Closed For Re-use.
3.Installation
The Equipment Has Three Feet, Adjust To Level Up To Install The Tank‘s Charge And Discharge Holes. When Electrical Connected, Note That The Magnetic Stirrer Should Rotate Clockwise, Not Idling Or Reversed.
4. Use And Maintenance
(1). Before Using The Equipment, The Tank Should Be Cleaned With Pure Water And Make Pure Steam Sterilization. A Variety Of Materials Will Be Charged Into The Tank From The Material Tube. So The Input Materials Should Be Installed Within Effective Volume, For Fear Of Spilling When Mixing, Which May Result In Loss And Environmental Pollution.
