The line includes PECVD plant, back electrode magnetic sputtering equipment, laser system, glass washer, heat treatment system and so on. The key parts adopts international famous brand products, so the line has high capability up to international level.

Other Specification : The Process Flow Of The Line Is: Pretreatment Of Glass Substrate With TCO Film---Deposition Process(PECVD)---Al Electrode Deposition System---I-V Tester---Tempering Treatment---Welding Electrode---Encapsulation System---Finished Product Test And Treatment. Up To Sep, 2008, Total 4 Chinese Factories Have Adopt This A-Si Thin Film Cells Line. Total Output Of The 4 Factories Is 20MW. The First Line Was Completely Set Up In 2006. At Present, All These Four Lines Work Well And Bring The Investors Much Return. Output Of One Standard Line: 5MW Main Characters Of The Finished Cells: The Transfer Rate Of The Thin Film Cells Is About 5.5%-6%. The Service Life Of The Thin Film Soar Module Is 20 Years.
