LYSO(Ce) - Lutetium Yttrium Orthosilicate (Lu2SiO5:Ce) is a relatively new scintillator crystal that features high density, high light output, short decay time and good radiation resistance. These properties make it ideal for detecting and measuring ionizing radiation such as gamma rays and positrons.
LYSO (Cerium Doped Lutetium) Is A High-performance Inorganic Scintillator Characterized By Its High Density, Fast Decay Time, And Exceptionally High Photon Yield. Thanks To Its Excellent Timing Resolution And Low Afterglow, LYSO Is Widely Used In Time-of-flight Positron Emission Tomography (TOF-PET), Small Animal Imaging, And High-energy Physics Detectors.
EBO offers LYSO Crystals In A Wide Range Of Sizes And Geometries, Including Bars, Pixels, And Complex Array Configurations. EBO Supports custom Fabrication to Meet Specific Detector Design Requirements. The Minimum Pixel Size EBO Can Manufacture Is 0.2 × 0.2 Mm. A Variety Of Surface Coatings Or Reflective Materials—such As ESR, BaSO4, And E20.
