SLS Mixed With PCE Superplasticizer for Concrete Mixing:

In Concrete Applications, Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE) Typically Achieves A Water Reduction Rate Of Around 20%. However, Its Performance Is Highly Sensitive To The Quality Of Cement And Sand—particularly When The Sand Contains Even Slightly Higher Mud Content, The Water Reduction Rate Can Drop To Zero.

Through Formulation Optimization, Our Technical Team Has Found That Combining PCE With Sodium Lignosulfonate (SLS) Yields Optimal Results. When PCE Is Used At 6% By Weight Alongside 4%–6% SLS, The Water Reduction Rate Reaches An Ideal Level While Maintaining The Most Economical Cost For The Concrete Admixture.

It Is Worth Noting That Due To The Presence Of Calcium And Magnesium Ions In SLS, Precipitation Or Discoloration May Occur When Blended With PCE. Proper Handling And Compatibility Testing Are Recommended To Ensure Stable Performance.
