With carrier PP homopolymer, cooling master batches is made through adding certain concentration of the peroxide-type active materials. It is used to increase the fluidity of the PP, and also make the MWD(molecular weight distribution) narrower.
The function is to reduce the processing temperature of Polypropylene spinning and plastic products, to better the melt flow properties, and to improve plasticized and antistatic properties, especially in PP filament and staple fabric spinning.
