Suzhou Swellder's thermoforming/vacuum forming service offers our customers a cost-effective solution from prototype fabrication to full production runs. With the look and feel of injection molded parts, our single sheet vacuum forming and deep draw processes form up to 72" wide and up to 120" long. We work with a variety of plastic sheeting material including ABS, PETG, PVC,PMMA, polycarbonate, HDPE, HMWPE and HIPS. Our PLC-driven machinery can handle sheets from .010" to .400" thick.
