Located in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province -the hometown of pipeline equipment in China, Hebei Allland Steel Pipe Manufacturing is one of the largest manufactures of LSAW (Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welded) steel pipes.
We have a total investment of $78.5 million including fixed assets of $62.8 million and a circulating capital of $15.7 million. Covering an area of 60,000 square meters, our factory utilizes advanced JCOE and LSAW pipes production and inspection equipment, allowing us to offer LSAW pipes with thick walls and large diameters. Our annual capacity is 200,000 tons of JCOE and LSAW steel pipes and 5,000 pieces of wind power generation poles. These products are widely used in steel structure construction, including oil tubing, gas transportation, urban pipelines, water coal pipelines and coal slurry pipelines in mine, UHV transmission lines, wind power, bridge and high-speed railway steel structures, and other fields.
Our products are available in various specifications with diameter between 406 and 1,422mm, length of 3 to 12m and wall of 8 to 60mm, as well as meeting GB/T 3091, GB/T 9711.1, GB/T 9711.2 and API 5L PSL1/PSL2 standards. Moreover, our raw materials include Q235, Q345, L175-L555 and X42-X80.
We also have an anti-corrosion company located in the development zone of Cangzhou, covering an area of 6,000 square meters with three advanced anti-corrosion lines for steel pipelines, producing FBE, 2FBE, 2PE and 3PE that meet DIN 30670, DIN 30671, SY/T0413-2002, SY/T0315-2000, Q/CNPC 38-2002 and SY/T0457-2000 standards. The annual capacity is 4 million square meters.
Because of hard work and dedication, we have received the API 5L certification in 2011. In the same year, we received many awards such as "AAA Grade Credit Enterprise" from the Agricultural Bank of China branches in Hebei Province and “Good Credit Enterprise of Cangzhou City” in 2011 from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Hebei Province.
