The Enclaves is a holiday resort located on main super highway, only 37 km from the heart of Karachi and merely 8 km after the toll plaza. The resort has two luxurious cottages that are fully furnished and air-conditioned, with two seperate garderns, swimming pools and barbecue area. The charm of enjoying in a peaceful environment with sunset taking place right in front of you and experiencing chilly fresh breeze during evening hours without interference of other visitors in a green ambiance.

The Enclaves resort has been designed and built exclusively for our corporate clients and is available for a one year or two year lease at this time. Due to the lack of exclusive holiday spots in our region, the concept behind the Enclaves was to provide the corporate community with a safe and accessible facility where executives and their families can go for a breather, be it in the form of a casual picnic or an overnight stay.

The Enclaves offers the variety of facilities and services to its visitors daily. It never closes even on festivals/ gazetted holidays rather colorful programs will be arranged on such occasions.

The future scope of multiple facilities like mini golf, Badminton, Cricket and other sports, Swimming Pools, Billiard Pool, Jogging Track and other entertainments will soon be available for our visitors and their families.

Cottages:
You can book, on first come first basis, the deluxe cottages on 24 hours basis @ Rs.15000 (24 hours). (Totally Air Conditioned)

Each Cottage has a private pool along with a separate pool for the kids.

Visitors can bring along maximum 25 people with them to enjoy these facilities.

The evenings are the most pleasant part of the Enclaves. In order to enjoy with your family in a peaceful and pleasant environment a Bar B.Q facility is also available per cottage.

Each Cottage has separate swings, slides, merry grounds etc for the Kids.
