To achieve 100% of assigned targets. To ensure at my self and SPO levels follow the all policies/guidelines provided by the Head Office. Sales monitoring on daily, weekly & monthly bases. Monitoring and submission of sales figures to Head Office on 10 days basis on every 10th & 20th of every month. Ensuring ex-distributor sales and maintaining of inventories on basis of 45 days of stock levels. Close check on distributor supplies and stock levels. Close check on distributor’s sales persons and their orders procurement. Keep the senior management updated on the issues related with Field Force / Sales / Distribution / Competitors and any other pertinent matter. Implementation of marketing / sales strategies through SPOs.
