Application

OF-7 contains Unique Sulfur Donors, Can vulcanize Rubber In Heated State, Giving Non-blooming, High Tensile Strength, Excellent Heat Resistance And Dynamic Fatigue Properties, Used as sulfur Donor Type Vulcanizing Agent for NR/SR. For The Co-vulcanization of Different Polar Rubber, Such As NR, CIIR, IIR And EPDM, It Provides Excellent Performance. Can Be Used In Tires, Gaskets, Belts, Automotive Hose, Damping Products. Because Containing alkylphenol groups, it Has also Excellent Tackifying And Antioxidant Effects. Not Producing nitrosamines Toxic Gas during Vulcanization, It Is An Environmentally Friendly Additive. Reference Dosage 0.5-5 Phr.
