Mostly 11kV Generators with open neutral need to be grounded with resistors if there are multiple 11kV Generators on the BUS then we have various techniques for grounding of these Generators, One common technique is to ground neutral of one Generator through the resistor and neutral of other Generators remain isolated, thus we need:

Neutral Grounding Resistor
Neutral Isolator Switch (one or many depending on the number of Generators)
