Lip Bricks
Quartz Lip Brick is A Refractory Material Specially Used In Specific Parts Of High-temperature Industrial Equipment (such As The "lips" Of Furnace Mouths And Kiln Mouths). It Is Mainly Made Of High-purity Quartz Sand (SiO2 Content ≥ 90%) Through High-temperature Sintering Or Melting, And May Contain A Small Amount Of Mineralizer To Enhance Performance.
Advantage
1. High Temperature Resistance: The Melting Point Is As High As 1700°C, Which Is Suitable For Extremely High Temperature Environments.
2. Thermal Shock Resistance: Low Thermal Expansion Coefficient, Tolerance To Sudden Temperature Changes, And Reduced Risk Of Cracking.
3. Corrosion Resistance: Strong Resistance To Acidic Slag And Gas Erosion, But Alkaline Environment Should Be Avoided.
4. High Mechanical Strength: Wear-resistant And Impact-resistant, Suitable For Parts Susceptible To Mechanical Stress.
