Description:
1) The Machine Is A Longitudinal Layout With Compact Structure And Nice Appearance. The Machine Adopts Oscilated Cutter Relieving And Radial Feed Of Worktable. All The Machine Bed, The Column, The Cutter Head And The Worktable Are With Better Structural And Driving Rigidities.
2) It Is A CNC Machine With Three-axis Simultaneous Control For Cutter Spindle Rotation (X-axis), Worktable Rotation (Y-axis) And Radial Feed Of Worktable (Z-axis).
3) A Frequency-variable Motor Is Used For The Main Drive Of The Machine. In Order To Ensure The Sufficient Cutting Force At A Low Speed And A Large Feedrate, A Low-speed Position And A High-speed Position Are Equipped In The Transmission Box. The Speed Change Will Be Controlled Hydraulically. The Strokes Per Minute Of The Cutter May Be Preset In The Machine Program, And The Cutter Will Be Stopped At The Top Position Automatically.
