There Shall Be No Gap In The Lamination. 10. U.V RESISTANCE: Tank's External Surface Is Top Coated With Wax Added U.v. Top Coat Polyester Resin. Tanks Body (laminate) Thickness Is Manufactured Using U.v Resistance Polyester Laminating Resin. 11. ALGAE RESISTANCE: Tanks Have Special Layer Inside The Tank Wall, Which Provides Protection Against Algae. Its Specifications Are As Follows: "After Building Up The Tank Wall With Layers Of Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat Impregnated With Polyester Resin, A Special Layer Of Mat Saturated With Black Pigmented Polyester Resin Is Applied." Further Laminations Are Built Up On This Special Layer To Complete The Tank Wall Thickness. 12. TROPICALIZED: Tanks Are Manufactured Using Modified Tropicalized Polyester Resin Suitable For 100% Humidity And 60 Degree C. 13. STANDARDS; Tanks Are Manufactured Conforming To BS/ANSI-61 Standards. Export Standard"ASTMD3299 14. QUALITY CONTROL: Strict Quality Control Procedures Are Followed From Testing Of Raw Materials To Production, Assembly And Testing On Our Shop Floor.
