Water Washable Dental Model Resin
RF-ZJ-02 Is A water Washable Photosensitive Resin With Low Odor, Low Shrinkage, Strong Tensile And Flexural Performance, And Good Toughness. Printed Models Can Be Cleaned With Tap Water Instead Of Alcohol, Shortening Post-processing Time While Delivering Fast Forming, High Precision, And Strong Detail Reproduction For Dental Model Production.
Post-Processing & Storage
1. Wash – Wash Residual Surface Resin With Water First, Then Clean With Water Or IPA In An Ultrasonic Cleaner. Avoid High-frequency Shock Or Forceful Scrubbing To Protect Fine Surface Details.
2. Dry – Thoroughly Blow The Model Dry With A Hair Dryer, Air Gun, Or Similar Tool.
3. Remove Supports – Remove Supports Before Post-curing. Removing Them After Curing Can Easily Damage The Support Contact Surface.
4. Post-Cure – For Applications Requiring Certain Toughness, UV Cure For About 5 Minutes. Store Printed Parts In A Cool, Dry Place After Curing.
